烦恼

不知道下一步棋该怎么下。勇敢向前冲? 还是维持现在的安全状况? 向前冲呢，会不会导致死棋? 还是会有意外的收获? 该冒这个险吗? 胜算会有多大呢? 不试又怎么知道结果呢? 勇敢地踏出去吧! 还是。。。。等死。。。

23 Years and going

Ladies and Gentlemen. I am officially 23. Yes, and time just flew passed just like that. I am 23. Yes. 23. I was 22 for most part of the year, when most of my peers are 23. Feels kinda funny. But it is still nice for my birthday to fall on December, the festive month.

Birthday to me, is just another day. Just wished that everyone is happy, and everything will be 顺顺利利 for all my friends, family and I. Last wish is "classified". Blown my 1st birthday candle today ever since I turned double digits. Thanks to Jimmy, Jo and Darren (1st time I included names wor) for the dinner and cake, and to those who wished me "Happy Birthday". And to those who did not, there is always next year, and the year after, and the many years after that...

UQ's Ceremonyfor the Conferring of Awards

Been to 2 convocations in 3 days. The 1st one being my fellow electrical engineer's and today's being the business people. The whole ceremony started with the graduands' procession followed by the academic procession, which included the Chancellor (Sir Llewellyn Edwards AC), Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Dean - UQ Graduate School, Head of School, Teaching and Administrative Staff, Senate, Guests of Senate, Secretary and Registrar, Valedictorian, Guest Speaker, Beadle (with mace).

What surprised me was the number of MBA's and BA's that were being conferred today. There were tonnes of them. Seems like everyone is having a MBA nowadays. 1 graduand even whipped out his camera on stage and took photo with the Chancellor D.I.Y method. Cool eh?!

Of course! there is the all most important - refreshments. Monday's refreshments were great. Tarts, sandwiches, and lots of stuff. Today's kind of sucks. Maybe its for the business people. HA! Could only see sandwiches, and I didn't even have a chance to have 1. Those studying business sure are shrewd!
