Something about Singapore

As I am typing this, Man U is 3 nil up against Bolton. Went for a gathering organised by the Singapore International Foundation (SIF). Its something about Singaporeans overseas coming together. Something like a Union. There wasn't a Singapore Students Union over in UQ. The last chairperson left the whole thing in a mess, as I was told, which explains why i couldn't find it last semester during market day. There're plans of "reviving' the union by this student by the name of Firdaus studying law.

The gathering is maining about networking with Singapore students studying in Brisbane. Managed to meet a guy, Felix, studying music in QUT (Queensland University of Technology), and an Indian who just got his PR a few days ago. This gets me thinking "What the hell are you here when you've got a PR? Why didn't you want to return to Singapore?"

Went shopping for grocery as well as for a new frying pan. The old one was pronounced dead as everything sticks to it. The new one on the other hand was pretty alright. The usual "non-stick" frying pan. Hope it doesn't ''die'' on me.

Man U is still leading by 3 nil thanks to goals from J.S Park (14,25) and W. Rooney (17). Yeah!!! Hopes Mr Park gets his hat-trick. Go United!
