Depression

Depression sits inside me. Didn't feel right for the past few days.

Did grocery shopping for the week. wanted to get a weighing machine from K-Mart (think i put on some weight...), but it cost A$30. SO, lets wait for a sale or something.

Groceries include the usual chicken (i think) franks, more minced meat, bread, pasta and some green vegetables. Can foresee what's for dinner for the coming week? Paid for it and off back home. Waited at the bus-stop for 1/2 hour cos its the weekend and buses come every 1/2 hour. The bus journey was about 2 minutes. So, in all took about 40 minutes to reach home. Well... journey on foot would have taken me 15 minutes. Paid A$1.70 for the fare, so, no choice, have to take. I'm a Singaporean. must make full use of the A$1.70. ;-)

Dinner was pasta with minced beef, tomatoes, mushroom, potatoes. accompanied by a 'homebrand' apple pie from woolworths. Great. Today is day 43 i'm here in australia.

Pressure is on. BRING IT ON!
