Kena food poisoning last night. Think I didn't clean my hands properly. And now, I'm feeling weak. My anus is burning, and my toilet bowl has become my chair. I'd been like going for a seat on the throne every 10 minutes. Thought my digestive system can take all sort of shit, but think I'm horribly wrong.
Now, I need to have a controlled diet. No more oily and spicy food. Then eat what? Air ah....
Pain pain go away ~ and make sure never to return... Reporting to throne again... I'm feeling it...
