Cham liao

Worked through the night of Friday the 13th, got home at about 2.30 this morning. Was real tired. Things weren't going my way. Nothings does. So how? suck thumb lo, and wait for a miracle to happen.

Was real disgusted by my software enginner-to-be. He was like wanting things this way, that way, and we (electrical engineers-to-be) say okay lo. Maybe thats a wrong move. Having the ang mo manipulating. Thats bad! Was into the last couple of weeks when things doesn't work out, and he's like saying "you guys should be doing all these stuffs, i'm not an electrical enginner". Pissed! Pissed! Pissed!

Was supposed to be in the lab right now, but the components that we wanted were not on sale from private vendors, got to wait till monday and get it from the school's workshop. Cham liao lo....

Do you know?

The heart-healthy reputation of olive oil is well known, but eating a variety of plant oils can give extra health - and flavour - benefits.
Avocado - Rich in vitamin E for healthy skin. Enjoy its subtle, nutty taste cold, or cook with it.

Flaxseed - Mild-flavoured and full of essential omega-3 fats that fight inflammatory disease. Omega-3s are destroyed by heat, so use cold in salads, smoothies and yoghurt.
Grapeseed - A flavour and high smoke point; good for salad dressings and for cooking at high temperatures.
Hemp seed - Derived from cannibis, but won't get you high. Hemo seed is a good source of omega-3s and has a mild, sweet, and nutty flavour; use cold.
Pumpkin seed - Has a toasted flavour. It may alleviate prostate and bladder problems. High in Omega-3s so use cold.
Sesame - Dark sesame oil adds strong flavour to Eastern-style cooking. high in vitamin E; may work to reduce blood pressure.
Walnut - High in antioxidants and omega-3s. Adds a nutty taste to baking and salad dressings.

"There are 2 dilemmas that rattle the human skull: How do you hang on to someone who won't stay? And how do you get rid of someone who won't go?" (Danny Devito, in The War of the Roses)
