Wosh

School's starting! great! 1 more plus month and its OVER! Endure, endure... everything's ending soon. Hmm... I've stayed at home for over 160 hours over this 1 week. cool.

Just a question: Is the quality of food (taste) proportional to the amount of noise you make in the kitchen? "Zhi Char" stores are always full of noise.

Do you know?
How can we cut down on salt and still enjoy a healthy, seasoned meal? Try these instead:
1. Cloves. Health benefits: Can ease nausea and may help protect against cancer. Where to use it: Fruit salads, stir-fries, bean soup, baked fish, vegetable dishes.
2. Garlic. Health benefits: May lower cholesterol and help prevent cancer. Where to use it: Stews, soups, stir-fries and pasta sauce.

"Aisladamente, estoy aisladamente" (Latin American Spanish)
