Vroooom Vroooom Vrooom

9 more days to my 1st 2 papers. 1 in the morning, 1 in the evening. Stupid planning.... Got to do and redo past year papers. It'll help. Its almost similar. ;-)

Last burst of energy! few hundred more meters to go! Cheong ah! Don't give up! You can do it!... Sounds like i'm running my 2.4km in camp. How i hate army... Well, not really all the 1 year 11 months that i'm inside.

The things that i hate about army are:
1. Field camps. I shudder at the thought of it. Even 1 night in the jungle will get my morale down. So down that i refuse to respond.
2. Tio Tekan without/not knowing reason. Its like out of nothing, you'll face the ground. Then don't know what happened. Kena whacked. "1 for all, all for 1". Why is it always "all for 1" when it comes to punishments and "1 for all" when it comes to rewards? I don't understand.

Well, I'll still need to "return" 3 months of my life to army after my studies. What can i do in 3 months? turn operational? Participate in NDP 2008? Haha... Army is whole lot of rubbish.

Whats with army and me?

Do you know?
10 worst job-interview gaffes

Interview Gaffe #5
"The salary minefield"

Richter was almost certain that the candidate he had sent to a local firm would get the sales director position he was applying for. "This guy had been through several interviews. He was personable and skilled, and they really wanted to hire him," Richter says.
However, during the candidate's final interview with the president of the company, the issue of salary arouse. "What are you looking for in compensation?" asked the president.
"Well," replied the candidate. "I wouldn't come for anything less than X amount."
"Our salary range is lower than that," the president replied. At that, the candidate stood up and headed for the door.
"Well then," he said, "I guess this interview in over."

Why is it a red flag: The candidate appeared arrogant and rude, and that's just for starters. "It made him come across as if money was the most important thing," says Richter, and that's a turnoff for employers. For the same reason, the first question you ask about a company should not be: "What are the salary and benefits?"

"Always think before you act/talk. Don't just rattle off " (Ei Hua)
