Gulps

End of the week already... I'm going to repeat this again.... time flys... bla bla bla... Feeling rather weak this week. Very sleepy. why har? Sibei jialat. getting sick of studying... i'm losing it... can't really think well this week.
Got quite a high mark for the 2nd practical session today. Didn't do a single thing... The group was too big... cos 1 of the machine was spoilt. so 2 groups have to share 1. Pracs take up 20% of the total marks, and there'll be 2 more to go. hope i can get 18/19 out of the 20%

Do you know?
Downing a few beers in the pub may give you more than a bad hangover. Researchers at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine say Guinness stout had more heart-healthy flavoniods and triggers more anti-clotting activity than light-coloured beer. And beer hops contain xanthohumol, a flavonoid that may help ward off some cancers, say Oregon State University researchers.
Hops may also fight hot flashes and osteoporosis. But you'd to drink a whole keg to get enough of the flavonoid to make a difference - and we don't recommend it at all! Luckily, there may soon be a "health beer" with enhanced concentrations.
For now, porter, stout and ales have the highest levels. Raise a toast to the hearty hop.
